RIVERINA DREAMING South Australian brandy and apricot ganache in dark chocolate.
Fairly sharp flavour of the Australian apricots and comforting South Australian brandy combine well in this smooth but fruity textured dark chocolate.

SUNSHINE TRUFFLE Qld pineapple & dark rum ganache in white choc. & coconut.
The flavour of the North Queensland pineapple is intensified by the rum to give a fruity kick. The silky soft texture of the centre is counterpointed by the exterior shell of white chocolate and desiccated coconut. Suitable even for someone who doesn't like white chocolate.

MAYFIELD MAJOR Australian pecan nut gianduja in milk chocolate.
Roasted pecan nut gianduja (that's a nut praline with chocolate mixed in). It has a firm (but not hard or chewy) texture. (No nut pieces). 

NEW AUSTRALIAN Macadamia nut praline in milk chocolate
Roasted macadamia nut flavour, firm (but not hard or chewy) texture. No nut pieces. Macadamia nuts are native to the Moreton Bay region of Australia.

MACADAMIA VANILLA TRUFFLE Ganache rolled in Australian macadamia nut pieces.
Crunch through the shell of chocolate and roasted macadamia nut pieces to a delicately textured ganache centre, with the subtle macadamia and vanilla flavours complementing each other. Macadamia nuts are native to the Moreton Bay region of Australia.

The distinctive flavour of the Tasmanian hinterland honey is evident first, then makes way for just a subtle (Queensland Sunshine Coast hinterland) ginger note. If you find whole ginger pieces to be too strong, this is perfect to try.
